We do not charge per guest. We can only accommodate up to 14, ages 3 and older. Please note, Bunkbeds are suitable for children only. When you make a reservation, you will be required to sign a lease agreement, provide a copy of your photo ID and register all guests and vehicles. This is required per our HOA and township ordinances.
